Privacy & demo data

Last updated 4 October 2026. This is a technical pilot using a fictional business. Use invented names, phone numbers and requests when testing.

What the pilot processes

When an owner starts a demo, speech or text is sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Telephone tests additionally pass through Twilio. The application saves call timestamps, duration, outcome, provider token usage, conversation text and requests that a caller explicitly confirms. Audio is streamed for processing; the application does not record or retain audio files.

Storage and retention

Application records are stored on the Hetzner server in Germany and require owner authentication to access. Call records, conversation text and linked requests are automatically removed from the active database after 30 days. Server backups can retain earlier copies until those backups rotate. Provider retention is governed separately by the account's OpenAI and Twilio settings and terms; the application's 30-day policy does not delete provider records.

What is disabled

The pilot does not take payments or card details, send automated email or SMS, make outbound calls, perform live transfers or confirm appointments. Requests must be reviewed by a person. Telephone access requires an enabled test route and an approved test caller.

Before real customer use

The business operator must approve its information, configure real contact and booking workflows, provide its own privacy information and determine the appropriate lawful basis and provider arrangements. This demo is not presented as a live salon or a production booking service.
